Mac & Cheese!!!
Done to the 9 w/ Mushrooms. Garden Squash .Farmies. Herbs.
Quick Recipe :
Prepare your favorite Fresh or Boxed Mac & Cheese.(I used Annie’s GF Deluxe)
Medium-High Heat on a Medium Sautee. Add 2T Coconut Oil. Add 1/4ed Mushrooms and Sliced Squash. Salt and Rainbow Pepper. Stir and cover for 3 Minutes.
Add Minced garlic and herbs.(I used cilantro and dill) Stir and cover for 3 Mins.
Meanwhile, Heat your favorite Egg Pan for some Sunny Sides or Scrambled.(It’s extra clean if you can use the same pan as your Vegetables)
Uncover vegetables, stir, and add 1/4-1/2 C White Wine. Reduce for 1-2 minutes. Hopefully there was some sound and fizzling and popping.
Pour over Mac & Cheese. Top with Eggs.
